Logos
An initial set-up for a logo is charged at £17. There is no extra charge for engraving logos onto your glassware.
Text and Initials
Text is charged at £1.20 per word, and initials at 65p each. However, repeated words or initials are charged only once. E.g. if you have "The Great Awards 2004" on 50 separate trophies, the total charge would be only £4.80 for the whole order.
Artwork
We need artwork from you to produce your logo. This can be sent by email or disk in any of the following formats: jpeg, tif, eps, pdf, or cdr which must be in black & white with a minimum resolution of 600 dpi. DON'T let this worry you - if you're stuck then give us a call and we'll try to put you on the right track.
Proofs
As every order for engraving must leave with faultless logo and text, we need to know that the work is exactly as you require it. We therefore send a proof for your approval, either by fax or email, shortly before the despatch day.
Prices
Prices quoted on this website include the engraving of a logo in one position. Prices quoted do not include VAT. Carriage is extra, and is charged at cost. All orders are despatched ex-works.
We now take the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Switch. Please never attempt to transmit your card details by email.
Despatch and Carriage
Goods are normally despatched within 10 working days, but we are happy to despatch your goods at shorter notice. Please note that a rush order charge of £7.50 is made for orders required in less than 7 days at all times. This period may lengthen dependent on the time of year.
